Dutch Funnel Cake

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 1/3 cups milk

2 2/3 cups flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

powdered sugar

oil (for frying)

Directions

Blend eggs and milk together. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat in egg mixture until smooth. Heat oil to 400 degrees. Add ½ cup of batter to funnel. Drizzle into hot oil. Start at the center and expand in a circular motion. Brown on each side. Let drain on paper towels. Top with powdered sugar.
